Is there any way of getting information of internships ?
Is it shown to be available? Or like can we get emails of any that is shown to be good benefits?

I have left you a couple of links below to get you started, but obviously this will depend a lot on your location (or locations that are acceptable for you if you can go out of town), the type of jobs you are interested in, your age (<16 is more difficult) etc.
You can also use job search sites like Indeed, Linkedin, Glassdoor etc. Or just google, it might bring up other stuff.
If you have any specific companies in mind, check out the career section on their websites.

My only other suggestion, if you’re undecided on a major or career path, would be to start with some shadowing. Spending anywhere from half a day to multiple full days following a few professionals through their day-to-day could help give you an idea of whether that career interests you.
This would also be a great networking opportunity, allowing you to make contacts you could reach out to later about internships.
Some of the same resources above would be great for finding or asking about shadowing opportunities!
