Aaron’s Answer
Learn how to listen to people. Listening builds empathy, and empathy leads to better understanding. As we grow up, we are exposed to a narrow set of customs, values, and ways of living. When you learn to listen to people, without judgement, you will find that being nice is not hard at all.

Hey David,
Business manager is always about people management /relationship management
things to remember
SMILE on your face - this clearly states you are approachable
Never say NO - rather give them options
Listen -once they are done then can give your inputs
But before going live to your business partners or customers, thorough research of discussion to be done
You need to be prepared with all the topics, matters and scenarios they would discuss with you
Once you are thorough with the process and business you can always be the best
