What's a state to get my real estate license?

You can easily find information about the current real estate market by reading trade magazines and websites for the latest information. You should also look into how it works with having different state licenses or permissions at the same time. If you mean "best" because of salary, you can probably look for that information online, but there's really no exact way to tell unless you mean which state is "best" due to the economy and last year's sales. It doesn't mean this year would be the same.
My advice is to first explore getting your license in your own state and than researching what states would allow you to also work in other states as mentioned in the article at the Realtyna website. It's going to depend on which state you get your license in and which states you want to conduct business in.
