What are some colleges that offer Art / Education / Therapy?
Hello again, I am graduating this summer and going to a Junior College in Fall. After I get my associates, I was wondering what kind of 4-year would be good to transfer to. Was thinking somewhere around New York / New Jersey. My current career goal is to be an art teacher.

What an exciting time it is for you ! The choice of school is largely influenced by your preferred study location and the specific art discipline you're interested in. You've mentioned Art Therapy, a fascinating field that I'm not professionally trained in, but I understand it involves using art as a tool to treat psychological aspects of your clients.
If you're considering an undergraduate art school, you'll need to decide whether you want to build your interests around a curriculum that provides a solid foundation in art history and visual arts. It can seem daunting, but it's beneficial to establish some clear goals about what you want to explore.
Remember, most of these disciplines will eventually require a Master's Degree within the higher Academic System. Having said that, here are a few suggestions based on my experience; for Fine Art or Commercial studies, consider the California College of the Arts in Oakland/San Francisco, CA, or the Chicago Art Institute for undergraduate studies.
I've also included a link to a list of the top recommended art schools in the country. I would advise applying to your top three choices and scheduling a tour at each one. Be open to discovering the courses and mediums that resonate with you.
