How do you fight imposter syndrome as a new grad?

How do you confront "imposter syndrome"? I graduate in 5 weeks and though I'm fairly confident in my work ethic and my understanding of MBC I cannot shake this feeling that I will not fit in or will not succeed. I somehow feel unprepared. Is this normal? Am I reading too much into graduation jitters?
