Caroline Wilke

Caroline Wilke leads the HR team for the CVS Health Finance organization. She has a broad HR background including business consulting and leadership roles in talent management and employee relations.

In previous roles at Aetna/CVS Health, she led Employee Relations, HR for Healthagen, consulted on Talent Management during the enterprise roll out of Organization and Talent Reviews, was HR Chief of Staff leading design of Aetna HR strategy, and was Head of University Relations, leading partnerships with universities, student organizations and professional associations.

Prior to Aetna/CVS Health, Caroline worked as a Learning Consultant for Brooks Brothers, Employment Manager for Sam Adams Beer Company and HR Manager at Send.com and Crabtree & Evelyn, Ltd.

Caroline graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Religious Studies, with a concentration in Women's Studies. She is an active mentor and member of the Angle employee resource group and Women’s Leadership Alliance. She is a proud mother of four young children.
