About
I am a senior in high school and planning to major in political science at the University of South Dakota next year. I am highly involved in my community as a basketball and volleyball student manager, Vacation Bible School and Sunday School teacher, Volunteer Junior High Oral Interpretation advisor and judge, Student Council Class Representative, National Honor Society member, Students Against Destructive Decisions secretary, all-school play participant, choir participant, and pep-band and concert band participant and low brass section leader. I compete in Oral Interpretation, National History Day, Science Fair, ECC math contest, and NSU math contest, and have found success in all of those programs. I try to take advantage of any opportunity presented to me. These include paging for the South Dakota Legislature; participating in South Dakota American Legion Auxiliary Girls State, National History Day and Carpenter Hall's 2025 Young People's Continental Congress, and The Humanity Launch's Service Leadership Academy; and attending events such as peer leadership conferences and others related to my interests.
