I have a lot of questions?

I have a few questions
1. I applied at the Vetco mobile vaccine clinic as a customer advisor. Over the phone, the recruiter asked me to come to the location for a tour of the facility. When I went, she showed me how everything was set up and said that she would send me the offer letter that same day or later that week. My first question is, I haven't gotten the offer letter yet, how many days should I wait until I send a follow-up email asking about the offer letter?
2. If time does pass, how should I format the email to not seem pushy or desperate.
3. Does working at this clinic count as veterinary hours needed for Veterinary school? and how should I keep track of these hours?

Hey Meryeli, I am sorry to hear about your story, and I hope that by now you have heard from the recruiter, if not you should:

1. My first question is, I haven't gotten the offer letter yet, how many days should I wait until I send a follow-up email asking about the offer letter?
You should send it asap after the timeframe she gave you passes.

2. If time does pass, how should I format the email to not seem pushy or desperate.
Something on the lines of:
"Dear [Recruiter's Name],

I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to follow up regarding the Customer Advisor position at the Vetco Mobile Vaccine Clinic. It was a pleasure meeting you during the tour of the facility, and I greatly appreciated learning more about the team and the role.

During our conversation, you mentioned that I would receive the offer letter either later that day or later in the week. As I haven’t yet received it, I just wanted to check in to see if there are any updates or if there’s any additional information you need from me to move forward.

I remain very enthusiastic about the opportunity and would be excited to contribute to your team. I understand that these processes can take time, so I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,"

3. Does working at this clinic count as veterinary hours needed for Veterinary school? and how should I keep track of these hours?
I cannot answer on the hours piece, but keeping track on the hours should be done though the clinic´s clocking system. However, as mentioned, I would wait for other professionals to advice you on this point.
