I highly recommend reaching out directly to your campus contacts such as an academic advisor, any professors you enjoy, or even the dean/program director of your degree. Don't give up when someone doesn't reply or provide guidance, there are alot of people available to you on campus that can give you a direction.
For example, I just connected a student in a similar situation as you with the program director of their degree, and now they have the opportunity to get some classes paid for by doing an extracurricular project for the school.
Reach out to your academic advisor or any others within your degree
Reach out to professors within the field of interest
Reach out to the program director of your degree with a formal email
Reach out to the dean of your college with a formal email (if all else fails)
