1. Mix different subjects when you study: This requires you to flex different parts of your brain and can help with studying stamina
2. Teaching a subject to another student: By "teaching" a subject, it requires you to boil down a subject into the simplest form. This can make ideas easier to understand and help with the building blocks of learning.
3. Set your own deadlines: When dealing with longer studying periods, it is good to give yourself deadlines. This gives you a sense of achievement when you pass each deadline and break long study sessions into bite size increments.
