Take advantage of everything on your campus!! Certainly focus on your PT-specific coursework but also take electives in subjects that you are intellectually curious about, whether it is literature, philosophy, music, art, anything! Being a well-rounded and interesting person with a wide variety of experiences and knowledge will make you a better professional, PT or otherwise. Have fun in college - it is a wonderful time to be a student!
Specific to PT, seek out your professors outside of classroom time. Most professors love to further engage with students outside of just being in the classroom. They have insights and backgrounds that can further inspire you. And whenever you don't understand some course material - seek them out for extra help. One on one discussions can clear away confusion and overwhelm.
You will figure out what your most effective study habits are. You may need solitude or you may do better in a group dynamic. You may need silence, you may want music. You may be a morning person who is alert at the start of the day, you might be a night owl. Discover your best self and go with it!
