Start creating your own video content about the products and services you love. If you can connect with people who can give you a chance, that's great! If not, take the initiative to start something fresh on your own. You might not always align perfectly with a company's goals, but you'll gain so much knowledge and experience along the way. Have fun, get inspired by amazing work from others, and leave your unique mark in ways you never imagined possible.

Go to the small businesses in your area and present what you are doing to them. You can then create marketing videos for them about their products that they can use and post and all you want in return for your time is a letter of recommendation that you can add to your portfolio. Ensure that you still have all the rights to the marketing material because you can then add the material and the recommendation letters to your portfolio that you can use to show other companies that you are knowledgeable and you can do what they expect.
