Telecommunications Engineering Schools?

I am getting ready to transfer after completing my AS in Computer Information Systems. Are there any good online BS programs that have more of a focus on telecommunications / network engineering? It seems most schools just focus on computer science or computer engineering.

There are certification programs for Cisco, Juniper, and other hardware providers. But if you want to work in the telecom and networking industry you may get better training on the job. Hands on experience can be more valuable than more degrees and certifications.
