What is a good starting salary for a hospitality management major?

I am a sophomore at FDU studying hospitality management and tourism. I am a skilled baker with experience in restaurant and retail.

Hi Lindsay,

I strongly recommend looking on job posting sites ( Linkedin, Indeed, etc) for entry level positions in your area that are related to your major. The jobs postings there should give a salary/wage range. I know this is not a very scientific approach, but in my experience published "Average wage data" tends to be misleading.
