Hello Raquel, balancing school and life means giving attention to the seven key areas spiritual, educational, social, health, financial, family, and vision. From my own experience, creating a weekly schedule and breaking tasks into small blocks helped me stay on top of studies without neglecting rest or relationships. Research shows that good time management improves study engagement, sleep quality, and self-control, while reducing stress. My advice is to plan realistically, take regular breaks, reflect weekly on all life areas, and minimize distractions this way, you can succeed academically and still enjoy life.

Hi Raquel, that's a great question many people have. Staying organized is key. Create a personal schedule—I use Google Calendar and share it with my partner. Set aside time for homework, studying, eating, relaxing, and socializing. This helps you stay focused and organized.
Also, try not to procrastinate. If you get homework a week early, don't wait until the last day to start. I used to do this and it caused a lot of stress. Manage your time well, and you'll find you have enough for everything.
Be flexible with your schedule. Some exams or projects might need more time than others. Sometimes you might not be able to hang out with friends until the weekend, but the next week could be different.
This balance isn't just for school. Many people struggle with work-life balance too. I think this strategy can help with that as well.
