Hi Kent. To avoid burning out or getting bored with studying, time management is key. You can use a planner or digital calendar to map out your schedule, including study sessions, classes, work hours, and breaks. This helps you stay organized and ensures that you're not cramming or skipping important tasks.

It can also be tempting to study for hours without stopping, but that can lead to burnout. Taking regular breaks is really important for keeping your brain fresh. A good method is: study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After doing this four times, take a longer break, around 15-30 minutes. This keeps your focus sharp, and the short breaks allow you to recharge.

If studying starts to feel boring, you can try changing up your routine. You don't have to study the same way all the time. Switch up your study environment, watch videos, or listen to podcasts related to what you're learning. Even studying with a friend can help make it more interesting.

Taking care of your physical and mental health is also important to avoiding burnout. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, eating well, and getting some exercise. When your body feels good, your mind will be able to focus better and you'll be more productive.
