Hello, Penelope !
I am impressed by your ambitious spirit ! Making jewelry is fun and can be profitable for you at ten years old. You have good insight about doing it on site in person because selling online will cost you money and require a bank account.
You would actually need to have an adult accompany you on this venture. That should be easy because it's fun. Ask a family friend, parent or relative to be with you while you do this. Your first step would be to buy supplies. You might want to go to Pinterest to look at some examples of jewelry - bracelets and other jewelry - and sometimes just by looking at it you can figure out how to make them. This would give you an idea of what materials you will need to buy. Your parents can treat you to supplies and you can ask for them for birthday and holiday gifts to get you started. You can use fabric as well as beads and charms. The website Fire Mountain Gems has a wide variety of supplies so maybe your parents could treat you to a few things from there.
Go to other websites, too. Do a search for how to make bracelets. You Tube usually has a lot of crafting videos and you may be inspired to sell more than only bracelets. An expanded selection of merchandise helps sales move along.
You're fortunate because there are a selection of Flea Markets occurring in and near where you live. These are Cannon Farms Flea Market, Wall-Rives American Legion Post No. 58 Flea Market, Onestopshop420&Trends, Stokes Flea Market, Howard’s Flea Market in Homosassa, Market of Marion, Homosassa Springs Flea Market and Inverness Flea Market.
Sell your jewelry at yard/tag sales that you do outside the front or back of your home. Again, an adult is going to have to be with you. Another idea is to make your merchandise and have your parents bring them to work and see if their co-workers would buy any. Through the many years of working I had always been asked to buy various things from co-workers whose children were selling something or they themselves were selling something. Not sure if this is still done but it's worth a try. You can bring a few items to school to see if any of your friends and classmates would like to buy any.
So remember to look for jewelry making tutorial websites and You Tube Videos and always have an adult with you while you are selling at the flea markets, tag sales at the outside of your home. Have fun and this will be a perfect activity to demonstrate your creativity while increasing your interactive selling skills !
I hope this helps and I wish you all the best !

Hi Penelope! That is awesome! Hopefully you already have materials. If not, I would go into a craft store and purchase a few supplies. You could research some videos on YouTube and figure out which materials you would possibly need. After the store, I would draw up a few posters and tape them to spread awareness that you have a bracelet stand open. You could even pick a few colors out and make bracelets only using those, until your business grows and you can buy other colored beads.
You are on the right track!
