Did you think that computer science was worth going into? Also what was the hardest part and what was the most fun, enjoyable part as well. How hard was it to get a job within that field too?

It's worth exploring, but it's going to be different in the coming years. With the rise of AI, it's both exciting and a bit scary. My advice is not to be afraid.
This shift is a normal part of society's evolution, and now is the time for young, innovative thinkers or even those who are just persistent.
The way companies handle their backend operations is already changing and will continue to do so.
If I were a student today, I would still choose computer science, though it's a different field now than when I first entered it.

Hi Mario,
Computer Science degree is a solid program for finding future jobs opportunities. The most difficult part of the program depends of your aptitude for Match or Coding skill. Usually in this degree there are several math classes and a few codes classes, Network, Artificial Intelligence, Operating System etc. depending of the school and program. It will be providing a solid foundation to solve technical problems, have a critical thinking and build software or application. Since technology evolves very fast you will need attend additional classes or study independently to be up to date on your field.
Good luck!

Did you think that computer science was worth going into?
It depends. If you like this major, love solving problems, have passion here, then yes.
(To make it clear: if you are passionate about musicals, I might say no... musicals job market is sooooo brutal. Comparing to that, I feel computer science still feeds people)
Also what was the hardest part and what was the most fun, enjoyable part as well.
Hardest part: align with all the stakeholders, and make sure a feature requirements were clear; and based on that, creating matrix to access this feature is working well. (otherwise I'll be making something nobody wants)
Most fun/enjoyable: 1) Seeing the feature working well!!!! 2) Resolving a bug!!!! (exciting) 3) having a great manager supports the communication with stakeholders.
How hard was it to get a job within that field:
There are a lot of companies hiring in different levels.
For new grads, it's always difficult. Once you get the experience, you are there.
Get hands-on experience! Toy projects, internship, all those matter

Computer Science is a field worth exploring because it offers many job opportunities, but it's important to have the right mindset. If you enjoy coding and solving problems, it could be a great choice for you. In Computer Science, you learn how to tackle big problems by breaking them down into smaller, manageable tasks, which is a useful skill in many areas of life and work. However, staying updated with the fast-changing tech industry can be challenging.
