What’s the most strenuous part about being a L&D Nurse?

I'm in a LPN program soon doing a LPN to RN bridge program once I graduate. I plan on being a labor and delivery nurse once I get my RN.

Tyler’s Answer

From my friends who are nurses and those I’ve spoken to, the most common concern/challenge as a nurse is work life balance.

Many nurses work 4 10 hour shifts, which can be difficult as they are not just long shifts but can be emotionally draining.

Other challenges include rigorous training, being on your feet (vs just a desk), etc.

Hope this helps!
