Thank you for your question. This is a good question. Every one would encounter failure throughout the lifetime. We should not view failure as completely negative.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Our plan should always include failure as one one of the outcomes. We cannot just plan for the best.
2.. After the failure, we should review the process and analyse the cause of failure.
3. Work hard on the areas to improve the areas causing the failure.
4. Prepare yourself again. Restart when you are ready.
Hope for the best and plan for the worst.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Always comparing or being compared to others can certainly be a blow to one's confidence. Stop wasting time about what others are doing and focus on yourself. You'll make mistakes, but those mistakes are a lesson, what you get wrong the first time you will correct the next time.
So long as you don't give up you'll never truly be failing.

I truly believe failure only occurs when one gives up. If you keep moving forward, learning and growing, then you are doing ok. I regret how much time I spent worrying about what others thought of me early in my career and which I would have spent more time focused on trying to be the best at what I did.
