What to do if your boss doesn’t schedule you on a daily basis?

I’ve been currently working at a preschool for almost a year and I’ve been scheduled to work Tuesday's and Thursday's from 2:30-5:30 but ever since that my boss hasn’t scheduled me to work my normal hours and been scheduling me random days that I can’t always work and they said I will be a fill in sub if they need it and haven’t worked for almost 2 weeks now.

So in this situation what do I do?

Schedule a meeting with your supervisor to clarify your role and ask whether the change in hours is temporary or permanent. Restate your availability and explain that you need consistent scheduling. If they cannot offer steady hours and you depend on them, consider looking for another job while remaining professional.
