How do you think you could find a career of interest?
I am a 10th-grade student and am soon going to select career pathways like medical, engineering, etc., so how can I find a career of interest? In addition, I am most of the time an outgoing personality, and I like maths and am also good at it.

Ask what kind of problems you enjoy.
If you like building and designing things → engineering may fit best.
If you like patterns, coding, and insights from numbers → data science may fit.
If you like risk, probability, and structured math → actuarial science may fit.
If you like money, markets, and business decisions → finance may fit.
If you like solving business problems with people → consulting could fit very well.
If you like technology plus leadership and communication → product management may be interesting later.
Do not try to 'pick your forever career' just yet. Pick the pathway that keeps the most good options open, then test interests through small experiments.

One of the best ways to figure out a career path is to talk with your school guidance counselor — they can help you understand the options in front of you and which pathways might fit your strengths. You can also take a few free career or interest tests online; these help match your personality, skills, and interests with careers you might enjoy. Since you’re outgoing and good at math, those strengths can lead to a lot of different fields, and the tests will show you jobs you may be naturally suited for. Using both tools — counselors and assessments — can really help narrow things down and give you a clearer direction.
