Every medical field job has its challenges, but that's part of what makes them rewarding. You'll stay active and engaged, and each role offers its own unique experiences. If you're looking for something more like an office job, you might need to explore different options. However, the medical field can be a fulfilling path if you enjoy helping others and being part of a dynamic environment.

I’m sorry to say you may be looking at the wrong field for a low demand job. In any position, physician, nurse, housekeeper, technician in any specialty, you will be dealing with people at their most vulnerable. If you don’t think that doesn’t demand everything you have the medical field is not for you.

Compared to roles like nurses, doctors, or surgical techs, some less demanding jobs in the medical field are usually administrative or support positions.
Examples include medical billing and coding specialists, medical records technicians, and medical office administrators. These roles focus more on documentation, scheduling, or insurance processing rather than direct patient care, which typically means more predictable hours and less physical or emergency-related stress.
