Nyasha’s Answer
For one to be outstanding for potential employers in the field of Aerospace Engineering, they have to master both the theoretical prowess and practical skills needed in problem solving. However soft skills are also a masterpiece in marketing these skills to potential employers and soft skills also play a role in implementing these skills in a team work setting.
Examples of practical skills
Running CFD (COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS) and being able to interpret the results and being able to use them in finding solutions to real life problems.
CAD (COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN) eg CATIA
Programming eg python programming
Prototyping
Another thing needed for one to stand out to potential employers are the projects done by the student during their college , the more the better. These projects demonstrate the skills the student has and also their ability to solve real life problems.
I hope this answer will help you Mr Michael.
