Hi Linda, that is great to hear that you want to pursue law school! Based on my experience, the application process is surprisingly simple. Most law schools will only focus on your grades and LSAT score, and some schools may also require you write an essay. If you are not familiar, the LSAT is the law school equivalent of an SAT/ACT. You will want to focus on preparing for this test. I highly recommend looking for study materials (there are even some free ones online that I thought were great) to begin familiarizing yourself with the test. Other than the LSAT, you just need to stay on top of your classes. Once you begin applying to schools, you will learn if any schools require an essay.

I hope everything goes well and best of luck!

DENNIS A’s Answer

Hi Linda: First step isto take the LSATs. (I'd suggest taking a course or buying a few books and a timer to study for this test. It is atimed test so the timer is important.) Next keep your grades up. Good grades and a good LSAT score help. Then fill out the applications. Watch your essay answer. Make it relevant.
That's all there is to it!
Good luck!
