How do you know when you are truly pursuing your dream career verses chasing a version of success that looks good on paper but does not actually fit who you are?

Even when the career path you choose sounds interesting. How do you read your feelings about certain careers when you never experience a careers realities until its almost too late?

Hi Riley! I'm thrilled to see your question. It's great to see your curiosity about your career path. I've been in finance for over ten years, and it's something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. My journey began with family Monopoly games, where I dreamed of helping people grow their money. I imagined myself in a bank, leading and mentoring others.

Every job has its stressful moments, but when you enjoy what you do, it's easier to handle challenges and find solutions. As I progressed in my career, I often thought about my childhood dream of making the world a better place. I realized that achieving this means spreading kindness and respect that last for generations. Every day, I aim to do the right thing, help others, and make a positive impact.

I've seen people enter finance for the money, but they often feel unfulfilled. I knew I was on the right path because I felt proud to achieve my childhood dream of working in an investment bank.
