does people judge you when you say you are child psychology? If is a yes what was your experience?

People will judge no matter what field you enter, but it is important to note that the outside opinions of people do not matter. I personally have taken a duel-psychology class and the number 1 inquiry is always, "Was it difficult?". When entering a field that has to do with the mind, there is mostly admiration. Don't be discouraged by anyone who judges you, and accept the praise when you receive it! Good luck.
