Then go get a job!!
I'm kidding! You are 14 and you are concerned that you may be too young to work, or unable to get a job per labor laws. The fact that you say you want a job is a great first step! Let's continue with what you can do. I see you have "nurse" tagged. There are many jobs that exist in places like nursing homes, hospitals, and care facilities that need people there to help. You may not get a job out of it right away, but see if you can volunteer at any of these places, or similar places, and figure out if you can get a job there after. When you volunteer at a place you may eventually work at later in life, take the time to learn the environment and people there, this is called networking. You can network at any point in your life its just harder to do when you are younger. Go in, make yourself known, ask what kind of jobs are in that environment, start to learn how you can not only help but also find your next step. If you go one place and they say no or that they are not interested, go to the next one. If you are actually too young, then it will be next year you will be old enough to work something and likely someone will remember you were around asking for work. The ideal would be you volunteer, make some connections, one of those connections likes you and hires you, you have a job. The next year you go back and work it until you figure out your professional career. A likely scenario is you will go to three places, they all say no but then one changes their mind and asks you to volunteer, a year or two later they hire you, then you pick up on your path.
Be polite and be persistent, I have no doubt you will get a job and enjoy where it brings you!

Hi Sanya,
Finding a job at 14 can be tough, but it's definitely doable! You might be too young for big companies, but you can still work for individuals. Since you're interested in becoming a nurse, you could help out a nanny or do some pet sitting for a few hours. Have you thought about volunteering? Churches and libraries are great places to start and get some experience.
