If my strengths are loving to learn and loving to read and my hobbies are being in nature and reading, what type of careers or industries might best fit me ?

I want my career to deal with science and the health field, maybe something like a lab researcher

I think loving to learn and read and with loving a career on nature and reading.
I would basically advice you can choose a career that drives towards more of nature exposure and reading like career on the environmental field which might be more outgoing with frequent field trips with inclusion of research work which will ensure you go adequate reading while doing literature reviews ,however you still can take the path of medical research associate that I believe will expose you to both lots of reading and field and nature adventure while doing more of experimental interventional research

If you love nature, working in a lab might not be the best fit for you. Others have shared great ideas, and I agree with James. Consider studying veterinary medicine, especially focusing on large animals. This career will take you out of an office and into farms and nature. You can specialize in many types of animals, making it an exciting and rewarding path. Plus, learning about animals is a lot of fun!

The good news is that there are hundreds of wonderful careers that support those of us who love learning and love nature. Being in nature has been shown to improve health, so any healthcare career could work. Botany, zoology, biology, forestry, natural history, entomology... there are so many!
In addition to what you may want to study in college and possibly post-graduate work, consider what field has jobs available that allow you to do what you like to do. An example: I wanted to be a natural history professor, but all my advisors and mentors pointed out that jobs were scarce, and the pay for such jobs was low. They encouraged me to become a physician, and to keep natural history as a hobby. That worked out well for me.
I do hope you maintain your lifelong love of learning. I believe one is happier when one is always learning new things through reading and through experiences that expose us to new things.
