Anyone Compared Newton School of Technology and Intellipaat School of Technology?

I am considering joining either Newton School of Technology or Intellipaat School of Technology and I'm trying to make an informed decision.

If anyone has compared these two colleges or is currently studying at either of them, I'd love to hear your thoughts on academics, faculty, placements, industry exposure, coding culture, internships, campus life, and overall student experience.

Looking for honest reviews and real experiences. Thanks

Kumar’s Answer

If you just want the bottom line here it is. Intellipaat is the safer bet because it gives you a straightforward UGC degree with a modern tech syllabus and a normal college vibe. Newton operates more like an intense coding bootcamp where you juggle a partner university degree with heavy coding assignments. Go with Intellipaat if you want balance and a recognized degree, but pick Newton if you want to grind code 12 hours a day and don't care about a traditional college life.

A smart approach is to combine exploration with evidence. Choose a few career options, test each through mini projects, informational interviews, and short internships, then track what fits your strengths and interests. This helps you make confident choices while building transferable skills.

A good next step is to pair self-awareness with small real-world experiments. Identify 2-3 career paths you are curious about, then run short tests: informational interviews, mini projects, internships, and skill sprints. Track what gives you energy, where you perform well, and what opportunities are growing. This method turns uncertainty into evidence and helps you make confident decisions. Build communication, problem-solving, and digital skills in parallel, because they transfer across almost every field.

Between Newton School of Technology and Intellipaat School of Technology, both are relatively new institutions, so it’s important to be realistic about the lack of long-term track records.

Newton School of Technology currently has a stronger coding-focused environment and a more active peer group in terms of DSA, projects, and hackathons. It also has better visibility when it comes to early internships and industry interactions, although outcomes can vary a lot depending on the student’s own effort.

Intellipaat School of Technology is still very early-stage and is building its structure. It tends to focus more on guided learning and structured content, but there isn’t enough publicly available data yet to clearly judge placements or long-term results.

In simple terms, Newton feels more competitive and coding-driven, while Intellipaat is still establishing itself.

For both, the biggest factor will not be the college name but how consistently you build skills, projects, and internships during the program
