Thank you comment icon Pass a prompt to ChatGPT to create a schedule for you, then review it at the end of the week or on Wednesday. Schedule something fun to recharge/motivate yourself. At the end of each study session, do a complete audit of what you know, what the gaps are, and what the past papers say. Shaina

Remember to take breaks during your day and plan something exciting to look forward to. Think about how you enjoy working and what helps you remember things. You might enjoy listening to podcasts, recording your thoughts and playing them back, or drawing your ideas on paper. Learning doesn't have to be just sitting and reading; make it fun and engaging!

Hi - coming up with daily scheduling can feel challenging and overwhelming at times. Here is one site I leverage that can help you take big tasks and break it down into smaller items that make it easier to schedule. https://goblin.tools/

You can use the "Magic To Do", "Estimator", and "Task Master" tools.

It helps to find some behavior that you feel is repeatable even if it is starting with something small and then building towards larger habits over time. Best of luck!
