I honestly feel like these qualities would be valuable for nearly every type of career. However, a couple that really stand out are project and program managers. The empathy will help everybody work better together, the time management will be critical to hit deadlines, and the kindness should make others more open to sharing problems earlier.

There are many books or even professional certifications you can take to give yourself an edge. Additional strengths I'd recommend building are written communication and math so you can quantify your team's impact and present it effectively.
