How do I make an efficient schedule as someone who is busy most of the day?

I'm a junior in high school and find myself doing an extracurricular activity every school day. I am sometimes behind in classes due to not having time to study and do homework. Although I want to do good in school and be successful academically, I won't stop doing my extracurriculars because its where I feel most strong when it comes to my future career.
