Hi Dillon D. I see that you posted this question a little while ago so I hope my answer to you (or others who may read this response) is still helpful.

To add to the previous answer "best" business school is in the eye of the beholder. There are many, many outstanding business schools in the US. The cost of these schools have a very wide range. Anyone searching for good business schools has to consider their desired field of study, the cost implications, how long it will take to payback loans...which is tied to how long it might take to get to get a good paying job once the student has finished their business school program. There are no guarantees in the job market. As I respond to this question in the year 2020, the whole world is experiencing a global health pandemic so there are forces that can hinder job prospects that may be out of a student's control.

For sure, there is an abundance of online "best school" lists for business schools. Use those lists as a start for your research and go visit schools when/if you can. Knowing the area around a school is an important part of your learning experience and can enhance your experience. Online business schools (that is where you take classes on the computer instead of going to a college campus) are also very popular and can help in the area of lowered costs.

Best of luck to you!

It really does not matter what school you attend, as the most important factors are how well you do with the school work, which is an indication to an employer about what kind of employee you will be, and the effort that you put forth in your networking to set up networking connections that will help you throughout your education/career journey. There are various rankings online (US News, Forbes, etc) but if you are considering which school you would like to attend, I would highly encourage you to visit all the schools you are considering. My top choice when I applied to schools changed when I visited the different schools. It's important to understand and get a feel for the environment. For example, for me building a network was very important so I didn't want to attend a college in a city where students may have their own friends outside of school. I ended up attending University of Michigan were most students were from out-of-state.

US News and World Reports is a source. However, for an undergraduate degree the cost should be a significant consideration. That does not mean you should rule out top schools that may be expensive if that are out of state or private. For those schools in particular you need to stand out to receive a significant amount of scholarship, financial aid, or grants. Being well rounded, having great grades, and doing well on your SAT or ACTs is critical in today's competitive environment.

Best of luck to you!
