do you like the pay in your job ?

whats the pay vs what’s the reward ..

the pay is the amount of those you can listen to .. guide support and .. encourage .. pay to me is like the way I keep track and count of how many people I’ve impacted.

if you don’t like your job your going to hate 80 percent of your life ..

I feel like I am making good money. You need to find something that makes you happy  

More than anything you have to think if:

-do you like your job

-are you learning

-will you grow as a professional

Those are the main questions.
