Most jobs have its stress and the more time constrained the job is the more the possibility of stress. In many cases time and money add the key constraints and then the stress is mostly about dealing people, their expectations and non aligned views. Now a days people build views easily and try to go with own understandings. Stress comes in while negotiating this out to what is best and is inevitable in most jobs these days.
