You will need to know how to build a website, unless you can afford to pay a web designer. Then you need a plan how you will market your website. If you can afford culinary school, go for it. But there are SO many cooking shows on the Food Channel and such - why not start there and learn for free? Watch "Chopped," and Ina Garten and old Julia Child shows. Maybe start out by cooking for family and friends and get the word out about your delicious meals that way. :)
