What a great question!  One of my most favorite parts of my job at AT&T is that I get to do what makes me happy.  I have had so many options and flexibility in the work that I have performed.   It is so important to find an employer and a job that makes you happy and has a road to an even happier tomorrow.  AT&T continues to foster programs that are community oriented which are my happy triggers.  But also they have excellent pay, benefits (50% wireless, DIRECTV, internet, and 40% off all accessories)  These perks make me happy.   They also allow for you to invite your family members to join your wireless bill so that they too can take advantage of the savings.  Makes a happy family too.

Thank you for your question Raymond! My position allows me to build relationships with employees and customers, doing this on a daily basis really adds color to my personality and brings me a since of fulfillment. I get to help team members develop skills by partnering and listening to them. I assist them with the setting of goals and help celebrate when they achieve them. I love being a source of inspiration and excitement, because it allows me to set a positive tone for the day and it conditions our atmosphere for success.
