What are the best locations to open your own food establishment?

I'm 19 years old and currently attending Culinary Vocational school at David L. Carrasco Job Corps in El Paso, Texas. And will be attending Advanced training in San Francisco in 2020. I now currently have had the equivalent of 5 years in California R.O.P. training. #culinary-arts #cooking #chef #cooking #business

Congratulations, Charles! There’s definitely a lot of food establishments and competition in San Francisco area...anywhere there’s concentration of people — there’s always places to eat. There’s not a shortage here. The key is how to differentiate your business from the other establishments out there. Popular spots — San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Napa, Monterrey and etc...

Food Trucks are great starts to restaurants! I think college towns and cities with over 100K people are good starts.
