IT professional's salaries for the same job function/title vary widely depending upon a number of factors such as qualification, employer, location, etc. Per Glassdoor, average salary for CSA is about $78K/year.

Ayesha’s Answer

Hi Hector,

I think this depends on your level of experience. Coming out of college with a degree in computer science/cyber security, you could make anywhere from $70k-$90k. Once you get an entry level computer system analyst position, you can easily move up by getting more certifications, but also by just putting some experience under your belt.

Hope this helps, and good luck on your journey!

Regards,

Ayesha
