Dianna’s Answer

Pharmacy school is becoming more competitive. Some schools may not require a Bachelors degree, but all the schools I applied to did require a Bachelors.

Assuming everything goes according to plan, you don't have to remediate, or take any sort of leave of absence, and only counting the time needed to complete a PharmD program, it takes about 4 years to obtain a PharmD. There are some schools that go year round and only take 3 years for a PharmD.

Hope that helps! Please feel free to ask any follow-up questions :)

Steve’s Answer

There are pharmacy schools like St. John's University in New York where it's a direct program. It's called a 0-6 program where no undergraduate degree is required and students finish the program in 6 years.
Pharmacy schools also have accelerated programs where you get your degree at a faster rate like at Massachusetts college of pharmacy

Katherine’s Answer

The time it takes is not nearly as important as your grades and the PCAT scores do take your time with undergrad studies to ensure good grades
