First thing that comes to your mind "when you think in our company" is the experiences you had with your company. It can be positive or negative. But important is what you learned from those experiences and how did you moved forward with it. I hope it helps.

When I think of my company, I think of a means to support my family and engage in our local community. I work for Verizon, so its a big name and most consumers see wireless service. In reality, its working my best to set bars that are high and demonstrating those skills in everyday life to my kids. In turn, I volunteer in the community and school events and share my experiences.
