Complete medical school, Pass the USMLE, and match to a residency program.
After that you can continue to work at the hospital or specialize further. These courses require many hours of dedication and effort. Please make sure this is something you truly want to do this.

Once you graduate medical school, next steps would be an internship and then a residency at a teaching hospital and possibly a fellowship in your medical specialty. Since you will be training with senior MDs in your field, you may be able to join a practice that knows your skills.
