What should a college-bound student do in the summer before their first fall semester?

Hello, everyone! I'm a recent graduate of an early college program. I've an Associates in Arts degree and high school diploma under my belt, but I have no idea what my next move should be. There are tons of resources at my disposal, but frankly I'm not sure where to start. I've been accepted into the school of my choice and am slowly getting the technical things (e.g. housing) situated, but I can't help that there is some massive step (or a few smaller, helpful ones) that I'm not taking.

How should a high school graduate spend her summer? What are a few (lesser known) things you wish you did before moving onto campus for the first time? #college #undergraduate #college-student

Hi Loren:

Here are some ideas that you might want to pursue:

Also, you could go to the head of alumni relations at the school where you attained your Associates degree and arrange to talk to graduates in your program from that school so that you could visit them to see what they are doing and how they got there. This might give you some ideas about what you might want to do next! This is important to do as soon as possible so you could take advantage of educational programs that might be available!!

Best of luck!
