I love this question! I don't even think I realize the day is over when I am first starting. I think I get so caught up in daily life and my routine the "normal" day is not exciting anymore. I think trying new things might be a way to solve this problem so that way your day doesn't become a chore. I think it is so sad being young adults that we are already stressed about life when it should be a good time in our lives!
