Thomas’s Answer

You will need to get an undergraduate degree in a science related field. Ex. pre-med or biology. Then, you will need to go to Medical school. This can cost a few hundred thousand dollars, but there are many ways to help you cover the cost scholarships, loans, etc. Then, you will go on to residency with a practice or hospital for another 4-6 years, but you will be paid during your residency.
