Is there such thing as a career in being an animal rescuer? Is there a specific organization in Boston that does this?

I want to be a vet but at the same time also an animal rescuer. I want to help save abused animals all over the world. I want to be a part of an organization to help treat and foster animals. #helpanimals #animalabuse
