Agreed with Sanober's answer. You will often have to have a job lined up in the foreign country as one of the prerequisites to do graduate work, but that will depend on the country as well.

Hi Arthur!

I would first research what schools abroad you want to apply to (look up what masters programs are in each country you may want to study in), and then check out the school's international students application process. Most times they will detail how to apply for a scholarship when applying.
