Hi Carlos! Unfortunately, I can't answer in Spanish but I wanted to still answer your question. I'm working at a software company and have been since graduating from school. One of my favorite things in this company is that there are so many different departments and jobs you could hold. That's especially important for me as I'm one to get bored fairly easily and I like to be able to switch gears into a different focus. So that means, while I am working in a Software company and I started in Consulting, I moved to Business Development, I worked in Partner Management, and as well in Software Sales. And that's just a bit of what is available! There's also Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, so many different areas you could work in while still being in the software field. This was particularly important to me in thinking how I wanted to craft my 40+ career plan, making sure it's something I could continue to be challenged and stay engaged for that length of time.

Lo que más me gusta de mi trabajo es tener la capacidad de cambiarle el día o la vida a las personas con la labor que hago. Así sea tratar una fiebre con Tylenol o decirle a una madre preocupada que su niño está sano. Es muy satisfactorio para mi.
Aparte, cada paciente es un mundo nuevo y en medicina tienes ese beneficio de interactuar con muchas personas al dia

What I like most about my job is having the ability to change people's days or lives with the work I do. Whether it's treating a fever with Tylenol or telling a concerned mother that her child is healthy. It is very satisfying for me. Besides, each patient is a new world and in medicine you have that benefit of interacting with many people a day.
