Hi Lee,
Some tough decisions ahead of you, if you feel you have the capability to achieve the necessary results, to Paula's point, try try again. If you are under financial pressure to get into the workforce, perhaps you could apply for "trainee" roles in a pharmacy, understand the role better and study at night time if such a route is available to you. Other options and there are many but staying in this field, think about becoming a medical sales representative, if this an option for you in Kerala ?

Michelle recommends the following next steps:

Check out working in a pharmacy for a period as a trainee

Paula’s Answer

My advice is to continue studying for the pharmaceutical exam. Find a study partner / tutor and take the test again. You don't need to rush through life, it's a marathon. It's okay to spend time "training" for your goal even if it takes you longer than you anticipated. Also, you can ask pharmacies near you if you can work for free and/or shadow for a day to see what the job is really like.
